Arsenal have completed the signing of Colombia goalkeeper David Ospina from Nice, according to the French side's coach Claude Puel.
The 25-year-old has been with the Ligue 1 side since 2008 and helped his country reach the quarter-finals at the World Cup in Brazil this summer.
"It's confirmed, yes," Puel is quoted as saying by BBC Sport. "It's a good affair for Arsenal because he's a very good player."
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has not confirmed the signing as of yet, though he is quoted as saying that he felt Ospina "did very well at the World Cup."
Wenger reportedly suggested that Ospina could displace Wojciech Szczesny as the club's first-choice goalkeeper once a deal was completed.
