Real Madrid forward James Rodriguez - currently on loan at Bayern Munich - is reportedly against a future move to the Premier League.

Real Madrid forward James Rodriguez has reportedly decided that he has little interest in a move to the Premier League.

James is currently nearing the end of his two-year loan spell at Bayern Munich, and it has resulted in frequent speculation regarding the Colombia international.

Arsenal have been linked with a potential move for the attacker, but according to Marca Clara Colombia, the Gunners are likely to fail with any approach for the 27-year-old.

The report suggests that James is keen on spending at least another year at the Bernabeu, although it remains to be seen whether the player will be in their plans going forward.

Bayern also have the option to sign James on a permanent basis and could potentially choose to do so should they believe that they can make a profit with a future sale.

James has found himself in and out of the team under current Bayern boss Nico Kovac.
