Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere could return from injury for the final few games of the season.
The 20-year-old has missed the whole of the current campaign after he picked up an ankle injury in pre-season.
"He is back with the ball and, for us, that is a huge step," said manager Arsene Wenger.
"We can say, if all goes well now, in three weeks he will be back with the squad. Then another two weeks to get fit.
"I think he will play this season if he has no setbacks."
Wilshere's comeback could be at home to Chelsea on Saturday, April 21.
