Andre Santos urges winning mentality

Andre Santos has challenged his Arsenal teammates to develop a winning mentality ahead of next season.

The Gunners are currently fourth in the Premier League table, while they have already exited all the cup competitions.

Having accepted that his side will end the current campaign without silverware, Santos believes that the club are too big to have another trophy-barren year next time around.

"We can't think about winning just any trophies," the Brazilian told The People.

"Arsenal are one of the biggest clubs in the world, so we need to have that mentality - which means winning the Premier League and Champions League."

Santos joined Arsenal last summer from Fenerbache.
