Ex-Arsenal star 'angry' as Mesut Ozil misses Chelsea clash through injury

Arsenal legend Ian Wright appears to be furious at the news that Mesut Ozil is struggling with an injury after being left out of the squad to face Chelsea.

Former Arsenal striker Ian Wright has vented his anger on Twitter after Mesut Ozil was ruled out of Sunday's Premier League clash against Chelsea due to injury.

The German World Cup winner was not named in the squad for the trip to Stamford Bridge, with manager Arsene Wenger confirming that the midfielder is not fit enough to play.

Ozil also played no part in Arsenal's 3-1 victory over FC Koln in Thursday's Europa League group match at the Emirates.

After learning of the 28-year-old's injury, Wright, who spent seven years at the North London outfit, took to Twitter.

Arsenal have won two of their opening four league matches.
