Portsmouth will aim to break a five-game league winless run on Saturday, when they make the trip to take on Accrington Stanley.

A tough run of form has seen Danny Cowley's side drop to eighth place in the League One table, while their hosts have climbed to 19th spot and are unbeaten in four games in all competitions.

Portsmouth boast more quality in their squad than the hosts, but Cowley's men are struggling for form in the third tier while Accrington are improving, and we only see the visitors leaving with another draw at the weekend amid their struggles.

Morecambe vs. Charlton (Tuesday, 7.45pm)

Morecambe are seeking to get their first win in the league since October when they play host to Charlton Athletic at the Mazuma Stadium this Saturday.

The visitors, meanwhile, are aiming to end a run of five consecutive games without a victory in all competitions, and will enter this contest fresh off the back of a 3-1 defeat to Stockport County in the FA Cup second round.

We say: Morecambe 1-1 Charlton Athletic

With neither side in particularly good form, that may suit the hosts as they look to cause an upset.

However, we think this will be a tightly-contested affair at the Mazuma Stadium, as Charlton have only won once on their travels while Morecambe have the second-worst home record in the division.

Peterborough United will be bidding to stay in touch with the playoff positions in League One when they head to struggling Burton Albion on Tuesday night.

The visitors are currently seventh in the table, boasting 38 points from their 25 league matches this season, while Burton are 23rd, having picked up only 22 points from 26 games in 2022-23.

Burton have the fourth-worst home record in League One this season, and it is difficult to back them at the moment due to their recent struggles. Peterborough have actually lost eight of their 13 away league games this term, but we just have a feeling that the visitors will be able to secure a narrow victory here.

Bristol Rovers will be looking to make it four games unbeaten in the league when they host playoff-chasing Wycombe Wanderers at the Memorial Stadium on Tuesday night in League One.

The Pirates have adapted to life in the third tier well since promotion last year, whereas their visitors Wycombe are wanting to escape into the Championship after playoff heartbreak last season.

Barton has been quick to keep his men on their toes despite a successful afternoon at Forest Green on Saturday, and the Pirates will be confident of continuing their unbeaten run at home in this one.

Wycombe are beginning to lose key players to knocks during a congested period of fixtures, and we expect Bloomfield's side to struggle at the Memorial Stadium on Tuesday night.
