AC Milan and Inter Milan have reportedly concluded a deal that will see Antonio Cassano and Giampaolo Pazzini switch clubs.
Cassano had recently expressed a desire to leave Milan following the sales of Thiago Silva and Zlatan Ibrahimovic this summer, while Pazzini had fallen out of favour at Inter.
According to Sky Sports News, the pair will undergo medicals at their respective new clubs on Tuesday.
The Serie A season begins this weekend.
