Tottenham Hotspur team news: Injury, suspension list vs. Burnley

Sports Mole rounds up all of Tottenham Hotspur's latest injury and suspension news ahead of their Premier League clash with Burnley on Sunday afternoon.

Tottenham Hotspur will be desperate to return to winning ways in the Premier League when they welcome Burnley to the capital on Sunday afternoon.

A Dele Alli-inspired Lilywhites cruised into the last 16 of the Europa League on Wednesday with a 4-0 second-leg victory over Wolfsberger, as Tottenham crushed the Austrian side 8-1 on aggregate.

However, Jose Mourinho's future in the Spurs hotseat is being called into question following five losses from six in the Premier League, including a 2-1 defeat to West Ham United last time out.

Here, Sports Mole rounds up all of Tottenham's latest injury and suspension news ahead of Sunday's game.

Giovani Lo Celso

Status: Out
Type of injury: Hamstring
Possible return date: March 7 (vs. Crystal Palace)

Giovani Lo Celso continues to recuperate from a hamstring problem sustained in December's defeat to Leicester City, but Mourinho has confirmed that the midfielder could be back in a "couple of weeks", so he has an outside chance of turning out against Crystal Palace on March 7.

Serge Aurier

Status: Minor doubt
Type of injury: Calf
Possible return date: February 28 (vs. Burnley)

Serge Aurier was not quite ready to make his comeback against Wolfsberger, but Mourinho has affirmed that the right-back has a good chance of returning at the weekend, or failing that, next week's clash with Fulham.

TOTTENHAM'S SUSPENSION LIST

Tottenham have no players suspended for Sunday's match.
