Zenit St Petersburg coach Andre Villas-Boas has played down speculation linking him with a move back to the Premier League.
Some reports have suggested that the Portuguese coach could be a good fit for Liverpool, with current boss Brendan Rodgers under increasing pressure following a poor start to this year's domestic campaign.
"I'm not the least bit interested in this. Returning to England is definitely not in my plans," Villas-Boas told a Portuguese television channel, according to The Mirror.
"I had talks with Liverpool, a club I admire a lot, but like I said it's not in my plans, although life takes many turns.
"I liked coaching in England, it was a positive experience, but negative things also happened."
Zenit currently lead the Russian top flight with 41 points from 17 games.
