Wycombe Wanderers' Gareth Ainsworth named League Two Manager of the Month

Gareth Ainsworth has ended March with League Two's Manager of the Month award following an unbeaten run with Wycombe Wanderers.

The 41-year-old came out on top in a shortlist that included Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink, David Flitcroft and Ronnie Moore.

The Chairboys took 14 points out of a possible 18 last month and in that time, secured a 3-2 win over Luton Town to boost their promotion hopes.

The club are currently third in the table, seven points adrift of leaders Burton Albion.
