Wolverhampton Wanderers are reportedly interested in signing Hoffenheim forward Joelinton.

Wolves have so far only converted loan deals from last season into permanent transfers, despite the prospect of having to contend with extra fixtures courtesy of qualification for the Europa League.

However, the West Midlands outfit are likely to do business in the coming weeks, and Kicker suggests that it could include a move for Joelinton.

The 22-year-old enjoyed a strong campaign in the Bundesliga last season, contributing seven goals and five assists from 28 appearances.

The Brazilian, who could cost in the region of £40m, still has three years left on his contract at the German side.

Newcastle United have previously been linked with a move for the attacker, although it is unclear whether the Magpies would contemplate a bid this summer.
