Wolves salvage point in six-goal thriller

Wolverhampton Wanderers moved level on points with Leyton Orient at the top of League One after recovering from a two-goal deficit to salvage a 3-3 draw with Rotherham United this afternoon.

Wolves, who had lost their previous two fixtures in England's third tier, went ahead through Danny Batth after just 10 minutes before in-form Wigan Athletic loanee Nouha Dicko struck an immediate riposte for Steve Evans's men shortly after.

The Millers secured a 2-1 half-time lead through Kieran Agard, before Dicko pounced once again nine minutes after the interval to establish daylight in the scoreline.

Despite trailing by two goals Kenny Jackett's men rallied and were soon rewarded for their efforts, with Bakary Sako reducing the deficit from the penalty spot, while James Henry completed the comeback midway through the half.

Both teams saw bids to nick a winner denied by their respective goalkeepers as Jackett's charges reduced Orient's lead at the top of League One to just goal difference.
