Wolves, Man United to hold Muamba applause

Players from Wolverhampton Wanderers and Manchester United will hold a 30-second applause for Bolton Wanderers midfielder Fabrice Muamba prior to their Premier League fixture this afternoon.

Muamba is currently in a critical condition in the London Chest Hospital after suffering a cardiac arrest during yesterday's FA Cup tie against Tottenham Hotspur.

As a way of paying tribute to Muamba, those in attendance at Molineux today will take part in a round of applause.

Footballers from across the globe have been passing on their best wishes to Muamba over the last 24 hours.
