Wolves boss Kenny Jackett pays tribute to outgoing chairman Steve Morgan

Wolverhampton Wanderers boss Kenny Jackett praises the club's outgoing chairman in the wake of his team's win against Fulham.

Wolverhampton Wanderers manager Kenny Jackett has paid tribute to outgoing chairman Steve Morgan in the wake of his side's 3-0 win over Fulham in the Championship.

The 62-year-old businessman announced earlier this week that he intends to put his share of the club up for sale after eight years at the helm.

"He has been great for me personally, and I wish him well for the future," BBC Sport quotes Jackett as saying.

All three of Wolves' goals against Fulham came after their opponents were reduced to 10 men thanks to Tom Cairney's red card, but Jackett was quick to downplay the significance of his side's numerical advantage.

"I felt we were the better team even before the sending-off. We showed signs of recovery after an indifferent start," he added.

Adam Le Fondre, Sheyi Ojo, and James Henry were on target for Wolves at Craven Cottage.
