Dieter Hecking critical of Wolfsburg players

Dieter Hecking criticises his Wolfsburg players, in particular Bas Dost, ahead of the Greuther Furth match.

Wolsburg coach Dieter Hecking has criticised his Wolfsburg players for not listening to his instructions ahead of the vital clash with bottom club Greuther Furth at the weekend.

He sent out a warning to his players, in particular striker Bas Dost, that their current standing of 15th does not guarantee that they are safe.

"At half-time in the 1-1 draw against Augsburg some were clearly not listening," Bild quotes Hecking as saying. "A couple of the players were doing their own thing.

"How are you going to bring [Dost] into play after winning the ball when he is 60 feet away?"

Wolfsburg are seven points clear of 16th-placed Hoffenheim.
