Hugo Rodallega fitness doubt for Wigan Athletic

Hugo Rodallega is in a fitness race for Wigan Athletic's Premier League match against Liverpool on Saturday.

The Colombian, who has scored two goals in all competitions for the Latics this season, has recently been struggling with a knee problem.

"Hugo is recovering from a little soft tissue problem in his knee," revealed manager Roberto Martinez.

"It will be touch and go for Saturday and probably it is a little too close but he is working hard. He is a really fit boy and he could easily recover quicker than we expect."

Wigan earned a 0-0 draw against Liverpool when the two sides met at the DW Stadium in December.
