Arouna Kone delighted with Wigan Athletic form

Wigan Athletic striker Arouna Kone has revealed that he is delighted with his form this season.

The Ivory Coast international has scored 10 goals during the current campaign - including four in his last two matches.

"I am delighted with the goals," the 29-year-old told reporters. "It has been difficult to settle but it is a fantastic club trying everything for the players.

"We have a great young manager who we all want to play for. I hope to score more goals in the 11 games left in the season." Kone signed a three-year deal with Wigan from Levante in the summer for around £3m.
