West Ham owner's son 'apologises' for Chamakh buy

The son of West Ham United co-owner David Sullivan has expressed his disappointment at the club's decision to sign Arsenal forward Marouane Chamakh.

Chamakh, 28, joined the Hammers on a six-month loan deal last week and Jack Sullivan broke the news on Twitter.

He wrote: "I am very sorry about this news Chamakh has sign a 6 month loan deal! not my pick :("

Sullivan Junior later added: "I hope Chamakh can prove me wrong !?!?!?"

Chamakh has scored eight goals in 40 Premier League appearances for the Gunners.
