West Ham United have reportedly missed out on managerial target Marcelo Bielsa, after he agreed a new contract with Marseille.
The Argentine coach has been linked with the manager's job at Upton Park, which is vacant following the departure of Sam Allardyce last week.
Bielsa reportedly made it clear to the Hammers a week ago that he would welcome the opportunity to manage them.
However, the 59-year-old has agreed a contract extension with Marseille, according to La Provence.
It is thought that he has accepted a two-year deal that will keep him with the Ligue 1 side until 2017.
Sevilla coach Unai Emery and former Besiktas boss Slaven Bilic have also been linked with the West Ham job.
