Report: West Ham United join Leicester City in N'Golo Kante race

West Ham United are reportedly ready to go head to head with Leicester City for the signature of Caen midfielder N'Golo Kante this summer.

The 24-year-old, who joined Caen from US Boulogne in 2013, has been strongly linked with a move to Leicester over the last couple of weeks.

However, according to L'Equipe, West Ham have now joined the race for the powerful midfielder and are preparing to launch an official offer.

Kante, who has made more than 80 league appearances for Caen, has also previously been linked with both Arsenal and Marseille.
