West Ham United defender James Collins has claimed that the team are starting to 'turn the corner' following two wins from their last two games in the Premier League.
The Hammers are currently two points clear of the relegation zone thanks to Saturday's 2-0 victory over Aston Villa at Villa Park.
"We were always confident things would improve," he told the club's official website.
"You try not to make excuses about things like injuries and decisions, but they were going against us.
"We seem to be turning the corner. We've got three massive results on the bounce, which has turned our season."
West Ham return to Premier League action tonight when they welcome Norwich City to Upton Park.
