Henri Lansbury has claimed that West Ham United can give him his second promotion in two years with triumph in the playoffs.
The midfielder, who is on loan from Arsenal, admits that there are similarities between the Hammers squad and the Norwich City team he helped into the Premier League last season.
Lansbury said: "There is a similarity. The team spirit is the same here and we have a great chance of getting promoted.
"If we take the form we are in into these games, then we will be fine."
The Irons face Cardiff City in the first leg of their playoff tie on Thursday.
