FA revoke Green's red card

The Football Association have rescinded West Ham United goalkeeper Robert Green's red card against Blackpool.

The England international, who has been called up to the Three Lions squad to face Holland next week, was dismissed during the Hammers' 4-1 win over the Seasiders on Tuesday.

The former Norwich City keeper saw red at Bloomfield Road after appearing to bring down Roman Bednar minutes into the second half.

The 32-year-old will escape a one-match suspension as the English governing body ruled the decision as unfair dismissal.
