Slaven Bilic: 'My West Ham United team will play with flair'

Slaven Bilic insists that his West Ham United team will play with "flair" and dominate games under his guidance next season.

West Ham United manager Slaven Bilic believes that his team will be "successful" in dominating games and playing with flair.

The former Croatia and Besiktas boss was confirmed as Sam Allardyce's replacement last Tuesday on a three-year deal.

With the Hammers due to move to London's Olympic Stadium in 2016, the club aim to introduce a different brand of football under Bilic.

"The fans can expect that we will try to be dominant, play with the ball and try to play good football," Bilic told West Ham TV. "I'm very optimistic that we're going to be successful in that, but also we have to be very stable.

"The defensive and organisation will give you the privilege to play with flair. Everything comes from good organisation."

The club finished 12th in the Premier League this season.
