West Bromwich Albion defender Billy Jones has insisted that he wants to make sure of the club's survival in the Premier League before signing a new contract.
The 27-year-old, who will be a free agent this summer, is yet to agree fresh terms with the Baggies after holding unsuccessful talks.
However, Jones believes that helping the team get the two points that they need from their final three games is more important than his personal situation.
"It's the same as it was," he told the Express & Star. "It's just about waiting until the summer now and making sure we get safe and everyone is concentrating on that.
"I'm just concentrating on staying up with Albion and going from there."
Jones joined West Brom from Preston North End in 2011.
