West Bromwich Albion defender Billy Jones has claimed that the squad is "desperate" to stay in the Premier League this season.
The Baggies are currently above the relegation zone by virtue of goal difference following a winless run of six matches.
They return to action on Saturday when fellow strugglers Fulham visit The Hawthorns.
"Obviously we're desperate to stay in the league and to do that we have to pull in the same direction," Jones told the Express & Star.
"We've got some big, big games between now and the end of the season and everyone just wants to work as hard as they can to turn it around and stay in the league, which is where we feel we belong when we're on form."
West Brom's last win came on New Year's Day when they earned a 1-0 victory at home to Newcastle United.
