Javier Saviola joins Hellas Verona

Hellas Verona have completed the signing of Argentina international Javier Saviola from Olympiacos.

The 32-year-old joined the Greek champions last summer, but has now departed the club for the Gialloblu.

He has signed a one-year contract with Verona and will play in Italy for the first time in his career.

Saviola has previously played for Barcelona and Real Madrid and has scored 11 goals in 40 appearances for the Argentine national side.
