Uruguay continue with forward trio Diego Forlan, Edinson Cavani and Luis Suarez for their Confederations Cup semi-final against Italy.

Walter Gargano also comes into the team, while Diego Godin and Diego Lugano continue in the middle of the defence.

Italy, meanwhile, have made a host of changes from their semi-final defeat to Spain on Thursday.

Davide Astori and Mattia de Sciglio both come into the back four, but Alberto Gilardino continues in attack.

There are also starting spots for highly-rated youngster Stephan El Shaarawy and experienced midfielder Alessandro Diamanti.
