Swansea City have completed the signing Gylfi Sigurdsson on a six-month loan deal from Hoffenheim, the German club have confirmed.
The 22-year-old will now be reunited with Brendan Rodgers, who managed Sigurdsson during his spell with Championship club Reading.
Sigurdsson joined Hoffenheim in 2010 and has gone on to score nine goals in the Bundesliga.
It is believed that Swansea have the option to purchase the Iceland international on a permanent basis in the summer.
