Vagner Love hopes to leave CSKA Moscow

Vagner Love has expressed his desire to leave CSKA Moscow in the New Year.

The 27-year-old striker is adamant that he wants to leave the Russian club, despite the team's progression into the knockout stages of the Champions League after Wednesday's win over Inter Milan.

"The result does not change my plans. If that was my last game for CSKA I am happy, as I played a great game and I helped the team to qualify which a key objective," Love told Globoesporte.

"I am going to spend the holidays with my family and wait to find out where my future will be."

It is thought that Love will move to a team in his native Brazil.
