Myrie-Williams makes Tranmere loan switch

Tranmere Rovers have signed Scunthorpe United midfielder Jennison Myrie-Williams on loan until the end of the season.

The 26-year-old returns to Prenton Park following a loan spell with the club during the 2007-08 campaign.

Myrie-Williams has made 20 appearances in all competitions for Scunthorpe this term.

"I'm delighted to bring Jennison back to Tranmere," manager Micky Adams told the club's official website. "Having worked with him before, he's a player I know will cause opposition defenders real problems with his pace and power."

Tranmere continue their League Two campaign on Saturday when they host fellow strugglers Hartlepool United.
