Report: Toulouse to beat West Ham United to Oscar Trejo signing

Sporting Gijon attacking midfielder Oscar Trejo is said to be on the verge of joining Toulouse.

The 25-year-old has been linked with interest from Olympiacos and West Ham United in recent weeks.

The Hammers had been preparing a £1.8m bid for Trejo, according to the Daily Mail.

However, L'Equipe are now reporting that the player is very close to completing a £1.7m move to Southern France.

Trejo scored five goals in 38 Spanish Segunda matches last season.
