Torino see off Udinese

Torino have beaten Udinese 2-0 in their Serie A clash at the Stadio Friuli.

Antonio Di Natale wasted a good chance for the hosts early on as he could only fire his effort wide from close range.

After a goalless first half, Alexander Farnerud gave the visitors the lead when he latched onto Alessio Cerci's through-ball, before firing past the keeper.

They doubled their lead in the 76th minute through Ciro Immobile when he headed Matteo Darmian's cross past Zeljko Brkic.

Today's victory moves Torino up to seventh in the table, while Udinese remain in the bottom half.
