Liverpool target Joe Allen?

Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers is reportedly keen on adding Swansea City midfielder Joe Allen to his squad this summer.

Allen worked under Rodgers at the Welsh club last season, and it is understood that the Reds will table a £10m offer for the 22-year-old.

The Welshman made 36 Premier League appearances for Swansea last season, and has emerged into one of the brightest prospects in the league.

Allen is part of the Great Britain squad for this summer's Olympics.
