Falkirk striker Botti Biabi "close" to Swansea City switch

Botti Biabi is nearing a move to Premier League side Swansea City, according to Falkirk manager Peter Houston.

Falkirk manager Peter Houston has revealed that Botti Biabi is "close" to completing a move to Swansea City.

The striker, who according to Houston has undergone a medical at the Liberty Stadium, was not included in the Falkirk squad that beat Raith Rovers 1-0 yesterday afternoon.

"He's had his medical but that's all we know at this stage. But, we do believe a deal is close," he told the Falkirk Herald.

The 19-year-old, who could complete his switch to Wales within the next 48 hours, scored four goals for the Bairns last term.
