Agent: 'Luke Moore to discuss terms with Elazyhspor'

The agent of Swansea City striker Luke Moore has revealed that his client will travel to Turkey to hold transfer talks with Elazygspor.

The 27-year-old, who struggled for first-team action last season, has been told that he can seek pastures new this summer.

"Swansea have given us permission to fly to Turkey and open talks. We will be travelling in the next 24 hours and will discuss the options available to Luke," Peter Morrison told Sky Sports News.

A number of Championship clubs are also believed to be monitoring proceedings.
