Taylor fit to face Man United

Swansea City full-back Neil Taylor has been passed fit to face Manchester United on Saturday evening.

The 22-year-old was forced to miss Wales's 4-1 victory over Norway at the weekend because of a bruised ankle that he sustained against Liverpool.

"I will be fine for the weekend," said Taylor. "I was really disappointed missing out on playing against Norway. I hate missing games.

"The Wales game came a bit too early for me, which was a shame. I felt okay for a couple of days after the Liverpool game, but then the bruising came out and it was very sore.

"But I have recovered and I'll be in training on Tuesday in preparation for the Manchester United game on Saturday."

Taylor joined the Swans in 2010 from Wrexham.
