Michael Laudrup criticises Swansea's first half and admits that they did not deserve anything from the game against Norwich City.

Swansea manager Michael Laudrup has admitted that his side deserved to lose Saturday's home encounter against Norwich City.

Swansea were down 3-0 at half-time but eventually lost by just a single goal after an improvement in their second-half showing.

However, despite this, Laudrup has said that Swansea deserved to lose based on their showing in the opening 45 minutes.

"In the first half we conceded three goals and it was not a very good performance," BBC Sport quotes Laudrup as saying. "But the first half was as bad as the second was good.

"I think the players bounced back great. We scored two in 15 minutes and had a third one ruled out, which was a little harsh. But I don't think we deserved to win today after that first-half performance.

"I know my team has a lot of character, which is why I am disappointed in our first half. I was sure Michu would contribute, but I don't think he really cares about the two goals today."

Swansea are eighth in the Premier League after the defeat.
