Garry Monk has told his Swansea City side to produce a rousing end to the season and finish in the Premier League's top eight.
The Swans travel to Newcastle United on Saturday hoping to consolidate their top-of-the-table spot, with Monk's side competing with Stoke City and West Ham United for eighth.
City, who are nine points adrift of Southampton in seventh, sit one clear of ninth-placed Stoke, and the Swansea boss has encouraged his troops to secure their highest-ever Premier League finish.
"Considering everything, top 10 is a fantastic achievement - or it could be a fantastic achievement," he is quoted as saying by BT Sport. "It would be extremely disappointing if we finish outside it now but the greedy side of you wants more.
"Ninth place is the best we've finished but to beat that and finish in eighth in that mini-league in the middle with Stoke, Palace, Everton, West Ham... it would be great to finish on top of that.
"It has to be part of the motivation and something I will remind the players as well."
Swansea have picked up 13 victories in what has been Monk's first full season in charge of the club.
