Tom Carroll hails new club Swansea City as one of the best in Premier League

Swansea City new boy Tom Carroll believes that his adopted side are one of the most stylish teams in the Premier League.

The Tottenham Hotspur youngster joined the Swans on loan yesterday, after taking the advice of Spurs' Ben Davies.

"Ben only had good things to say about Swansea," the 22-year-old is quoted as saying by the South Wales Evening Post.

"He obviously knows the club inside and out, and he told me that I will love it here. He spoke very promisingly about the club and people.

"In my opinion, Swansea are among the best teams in the league when it comes to style of play. It is very similar to Tottenham — playing football from the back with a good tempo."

Carroll is available for the clash with Burnley this afternoon.
