Sunderland: Asamoah Gyan is for sale

Sunderland striker Asamoah Gyan is named on a "for sale" list emailed to top clubs.

Asamoah Gyan could exit the Stadium of Light this summer after he was named on a "for sale" list circulated by email to Premiership and foreign clubs.

The African striker joined Sunderland a year ago for £15 million and scored ten goals in his debut season.

According to The Mirror, Gyan was one of several players named in the email, which was sent out by a North East talent agency.

The news comes following the departure of Jordan Henderson to Liverpool for £20 million and reports that Sunderland boss Steve Bruce is keen to sign three new strikers.
