Team News: Yannick Bolasie replaces Emmanuel Adebayor for Sunderland test

Yannick Bolasie returns to Crystal Palace's first XI for the trip to Sunderland.

Alan Pardew has named two changes to his Crystal Palace side for tonight's Premier League clash away to struggling Sunderland.

Emmanuel Adebayor drops to the bench in favour of Yannick Bolasie, as Connor Wickham - who scored twice in the 3-2 defeat at West Bromwich Albion - spearheads the attack.

Elsewhere, there is also room for Mile Jedinak, who replaces Joe Ledley in midfield as the Eagles look to end a 10-match winless streak in the league.

Meanwhile, Sam Allardyce makes one change to his side from his disappointing reunion with West Ham United at the weekend, with Jack Rodwell coming in for Lee Cattermole in midfield.

A mistake from Patrick van Aanholt led to the only goal of the game at Upton Park, but the Dutch defender retains his selection, while Jermain Defoe leads the forward line once more.

Sunderland: Mannone, Yedlin, O'Shea, Kone, PVA, Kirchhoff, M'Vila, Rodwell, N'Doye, Khazri, Defoe
Subs: Pickford, Jones, Kaboul, Cattermole, Larsson, Toivonen, Borini

Crystal Palace: Hennessey; Ward, Dann, Delaney, Kelly; Cabaye, Jedinak; Zaha, Mutch, Bolasie; Wickham
Subs: McCarthy, Mariappa, Ledley, Lee, Sako, Gayle, Adebayor
