Summer signing Fabio Borini has admitted that he feels "angry" when Sunderland drop points.
Six games into the Premier League season and the North-East outfit are already at the bottom of the table.
The Black Cats have picked up just two points and have suffered four defeats, the latest of which came against Bournemouth in a 2-0 loss at the Vitality Stadium.
Despite the poor results, Borini is confident that once Dick Advocaat's side get their first win, they will go on a decent run.
"We always have the winning mentality," Borini told the Sunderland Echo. "I'm angry when we lose games, and angry when we draw games.
"I always want to win, but it's always hard to get the first win and, after that, it's easier."
Sunderland will face Manchester City on Tuesday in a Capital One Cup tie.
