Stoke City confirm Wilson Palacios transfer

Honduras international Wilson Palacios has completed his transfer from Tottenham Hotspur to Stoke City.

The 27-year-old midfielder passed a medical and agreed terms on a four-year contract with the Potters on Saturday afternoon but the move was held up due to visa problems.

Those issues have now been resolved and Palacios has now become a Stoke player after two seasons at White Hart Lane.

Palacios could soon be joined by former Spurs teammate Peter Crouch at the Britannia Stadium as the England international undergoes a medical.
