Tottenham Hotspur striker Peter Crouch has agreed terms with Stoke City and is preparing to undergo a medical at the club's training ground, according to Sky Sports News.
The England international travelled to the Potteries earlier today ahead of a £10m move to the Britannia Stadium.
Birmingham City centre-forward Cameron Jerome has also passed a medical with Stoke and is reportedly close to sealing a £4m switch to Stoke.
