Stoke City have beaten Hajduk Split 2-0 on aggregate after a 1-0 win away in Croatia to send them through to the Europa League playoffs.

The two sides cancelled each other out in both halves, and in a game of few chances, an injury-time own goal from Split defender Ljubo Milicevic sealed the Potters' win.

Stoke City will now enter the playoff stage of the European competition.
