Stoke City and West Bromwich Albion 0-0 at break

Stoke City are being held to a goalless draw with West Bromwich Albion at half time at the Brittania Stadium.

In a first half of few chances, Saido Berahino held off a challenge to play in Stephane Sessegnon and the Benin international took a snap-shot that flew wide of the Stoke goal.

Both goalkeepers were called into action when Asmir Begovic saved well from Sessegnon after 18 minutes, before Boaz Myhill saved Jonathan Walters's shot as the striker fell over when hitting it.

Marko Arnautovic had a bright first half and he went close with an effort after he was set up by Oussama Assaidi with a looped cross on 41 minutes.
