Tottenham Hotspur linked with Roma full-back Dodo

Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly lining up a bid for Roma defender Dodo.

According to talkSPORT, sporting director Franco Baldini is holding talks with his former club as the North London side seek cover for Danny Rose, who has been struggling with injury this season.

The 21-year-old full-back, who has made three appearances for the Brazil Under-20s, moved to the Stadio Olimpico from Corinthians last year.

He was linked with a switch to Manchester United in 2010.
