Report: Tottenham Hotspur eye Andy Najar

Anderlecht winger Andy Najar has reportedly been scouted by Tottenham Hotspur.

The 21-year-old's stock has risen in recent months following a string of impressive performances for the Belgian club and Honduras at the World Cup.

That has alerted Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino, who sent scouts to watch Najar in action against Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League on Wednesday night, according to the Daily Star.

The publication added that Pochettino received positive reports regarding his performance, which could result in a January bid being submitted.

Najar joined Anderlecht in 2013 from MLS side DC United.
