Harry Redknapp: 'I want to keep all my strikers'

Redknapp wants to keep strikers

Harry Redknapp has insisted that he does not want to sell any of his strikers in the January transfer window.

Jermaine Defoe has said he believes he has to leave Spurs for first-team football with the European Championships coming up next summer.

Redknapp has admitted it is difficult to keep all of his forwards happy.

"It is difficult. Pav's (Roman Pavlyuchenko) an international, who has got the Euros coming up and of course wants to play," said the Spurs manager.

"It's hard, it's like Defoe. You can't play them all.

"But I'd like to keep all four of them. You need your strikers."

Tottenham are currently 3rd in the table, seven points off the top spot with a game in hand.
